Data deletion instructions

You can remove your data from PostNimble at three levels:
1. Disconnect a social account
In Client Settings → Social Accounts, remove the account. This deletes the stored access token immediately. You can also revoke PostNimble's access from the platform itself (for Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business integrations → remove PostNimble; revoking there invalidates our token even before we delete it).
2. Delete content
Generated articles, drafts, and scheduled posts can be deleted in-product at any time.
3. Delete your account and all data
Email support@postnimble.net from your account email with the subject "Account deletion request". Within 30 days we will delete your account, client/brand profiles, generated content, scheduled posts, and all stored social access tokens. Encrypted backups age out automatically within a further 30 days. We'll confirm by email when deletion is complete.
If you connected a Facebook account, this page serves as our data deletion instructions: either of the paths above (in-product disconnect, or an email deletion request) removes the data PostNimble obtained from Facebook.
